with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team at Akki Studios. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts taking qualified leads to final closure and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Closure: Engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and take
them through the final stages of conversion. - Client Communication: Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, presentations, and negotiation.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams
to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered smoothly. - Sales Strategy Support: Provide insights and feedback on client interactions to
improve service offerings and pitch strategies. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and closure
reports.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales roles
(preferably in the creative, IT, or marketing industry). - Proven ability to close deals and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital/creative services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling: Proactively call and engage with all incoming leads to understand their
needs and assess their potential. - Lead Qualification: Filter and shortlist high-potential leads for further engagement
and conversion. - Coordination: Work closely with the CRM and Business Development Executives to
ensure seamless handover and follow-through of qualified leads. - Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with warm leads to keep them engaged and informed.
- Database Management: Keep lead records updated and organized within the CRM
system for tracking and reporting. - Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all
communication to build trust and rapport with prospects.
Qualifications
- 0.6–1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi (additional languages
are a plus). - Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Organized, self-motivated, and good at multitasking.
