A healthcare company called Santokh Home Care helps people’s recovery at home by renting medical equipment and providing specialized nursing care. The brand's main goal is to give patients individualized, caring treatment that makes them feel at ease and supported while they heal. The difficulty lay in developing a brand identity that embodies these principles while maintaining coherence and clarity throughout all visual and messaging channels.

Objective

The major objective was to create a unified and aesthetically pleasing brand identity for Santokh Home Care that would convey friendliness, competence, and confidence. All elements of the brand, including the website, marketing collateral, logo, and color palette, had to embody these fundamental principles and emotionally engage the intended audience.

Conceptualization of Brand

Determining the essence of the brand was the first step in the journey. Through its visual components and messaging, we sought to convey the warmth, dependability, and individualized care that Santokh Home Care stands for.

Visual Identity & Colors

Color Scheme: We selected a color scheme that inspires feelings of serenity, assurance, and coziness. While making sure that important components stand out and attract attention, bright pink was combined with white and navy blue to create a neat and polished appearance.

Typography: For ease of reading and to convey professionalism with a personal touch, a simple, amiable sans-serif font was chosen.

Imagery & Graphics: Establishing emotional connectivity required the use of gentle, reassuring imagery of patients getting care, caregivers offering support, and components that evoke home environments.

Tagline

To highlight the brand's dedication to providing individualized care in the convenience of one's own home, the tagline "Care has a new address in town – Your Home!" was created. The main promise of Santokh Home Care is summed up in this messaging.

Brand Touchpoints

Print Resources: We produced a range of printed materials, including flyers, brochures, and business cards. Every piece was thoughtfully created to maintain brand consistency and showcase the company's caring yet professional attitude. The brochures give patients or caregivers simple instructions on how to schedule care and provide a clear explanation of the services available.

Design of Websites: To make it simple for customers to learn more about Santokh Home Care's offerings, we created a unique WordPress website. To keep a consistent look and feel, the website makes use of the brand's colors, fonts, and images. It enables users to quickly and easily contact Santokh Home Care, schedule appointments, and learn more about nursing care and medical equipment services.

Result

For Santokh Home Care, we were successful in developing a powerful and recognizable brand identity.
